Job Title: Sales Executive (US Process – Night Shift)

Location: Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of lead generation, sales, and customer service, along with the ability to meet sales targets within designated time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients over the phone to promote company services.
• Generate and qualify leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Utilize MS Word, Excel, email, and web navigation efficiently for daily tasks.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, considering their language (English, Hindi, Punjabi) and cultural preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Manage time efficiently while handling multiple client interactions daily.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year in lead generation (required).
  • Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing (required).
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
  • Previous experience in telephonic sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet sales targets.
