Job Requirements

Experience and Expertise

• 15-18 years of experience in product development and/or service organizations (preferably product development).
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or product development frameworks for software product organizations.
• Hands-on experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality management.
• Experience working on enterprise software development programs.
• Proven ability to:
  • Prepare organizations/teams for software/product quality certifications like ISO.
  • Manage cross-functional virtual teams in a matrix environment.
  • Work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Establish or train teams on Agile practices.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in setting solution quality metrics combining QMS and Agile practices.
• Proficient in conducting functional and program team audits.
• Familiarity with QMS for software product development.
