Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Generalist Manager to lead our digital marketing, PPC campaigns, funnel management, and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• PPC & Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, particularly Facebook/Instagram Ads.
• SEO & Content Strategy: Implement SEO best practices, create website content, blogs, and PR strategies.
• Website & Funnel Management: Manage and maintain website (Wix), create sales funnels, VSLs, and email campaigns.
• AI & Marketing Tools: Utilize AI-driven marketing tools for content creation and performance tracking.
• Reputation & PR Management: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Project & Team Coordination: Contribute to marketing project execution and delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 8+ years of work experience (required)
✔ 2+ years of project management experience in digital marketing
✔ Expertise in PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), SEO, and content marketing
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
✔ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
✔ Excellent communication and writing skills
✔ Ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Additional Job Requirements

• Reporting & Compliance: Must submit MIS and Month Close reports regularly.
• No Freelancing or Side Jobs: This is a dedicated role with time-tracking requirements.
• Camera & Client Interaction: Must be comfortable appearing on camera and participating in client calls.
• Target-Oriented Role: Compensation is performance-driven, with payouts increasing based on targets met.
