Job Description

The role involves calling leads and inquiries to introduce 361 DM career programs. The ideal candidate should have strong presentation and persuasion skills to encourage students to enroll over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential students and explain career programs
• Persuade students to enroll through effective communication
• Encourage students to explore learning opportunities for future education
• Maintain records of student interactions and inquiries

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Interpersonal skills, flexibility, and dependability
• Solid understanding of the education sector, study abroad, or overseas education
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field
• Educational Qualification: A degree in any discipline
• Language Proficiency: English (mandatory), Tamil and Telugu (preferred)
