???? Job Description:

We are seeking a persuasive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information, handling queries, and generating sales or appointment leads.

???? Responsibilities:

• Making Outbound Calls: Promote products/services and generate leads.

• Handling Inbound Calls: Address customer queries and resolve complaints.

• Product Information: Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing.

• Closing Sales: Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule meetings.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer interaction data.

• Customer Relationship: Build rapport with existing and potential clients.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory) and English (preferred)

• Ability to persuade, handle rejections, and work under pressure

• Empathetic, good listening abilities

• Basic computer knowledge for data entry

• Prior experience in tele sales (minimum 1 year required)

• Experience in technical support or other customer-facing roles (preferred)

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
