Job Title: Visa Telecaller
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Earlier range mentioned: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month; final confirmed range is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000)

Shift and Schedule:

• Day Shift

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Study Visa, Tourist Visa, and PR queries.

• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

• Persuade and encourage clients to visit the office for further consultation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• Experience:

  • Total Work Experience: Minimum 1 year (Required)

  • Telecalling Experience: Minimum 1 year (Required)
