Amazon is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers (Female Only). In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about Amazon's products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on sales, inquiries, and customer support.
• Provide accurate information regarding Amazon products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, quality, and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any issues or improve service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Gender: Female only.
• Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales or support capacity.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated to meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a plus.
• Multilingual skills (English) are preferred.
• Prior experience with Amazon products and services is beneficial.
