Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Flipkart's products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone while interacting with customers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed call logs in the CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales strategies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
• Ability to effectively engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
• High motivation with a target-driven mindset.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
