Job Title: Corporate Travel Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients and travel agencies.
• Understand clients' specific travel needs and budget requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

Booking & Itinerary Management:

• Access and utilize B2B travel booking platforms to secure flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.
• Design customized itineraries based on client requirements, considering travel dates, destinations, and activities.
• Manage booking changes and cancellations efficiently.

Pricing & Negotiation:

• Negotiate competitive rates with travel providers to secure the best deals for clients.
• Provide detailed cost breakdowns and proposals for client consideration.

Travel Policy Compliance:

• Ensure that all bookings comply with clients' established travel policies and guidelines.
• Advise clients on company travel policies and regulations.

Customer Service & Support:

• Address client concerns and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
• Provide pre-trip information and travel documentation.
• Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Travel Knowledge: In-depth expertise in European travel destinations
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest travel and tourism trends
