Job Overview

As a Travel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting travelers in choosing the best tour packages for domestic and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

???? Booking & Reservations:

• Arrange hotel & flight reservations for planned travel.
• Follow up with clients on their itineraries and necessary changes.
• Handle booking conflicts & resolve issues effectively.
• Coordinate with clients in the days leading up to their trip.

???? Client Consultation:

• Assist customers in choosing the best travel packages.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information.
• Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Freshers & Graduates welcome!
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Good command over English communication
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & basic computer applications
