Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Holiday Package Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong enthusiasm for travel and tourism and are eager to build a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

???? Package Design & Planning:

• Assist in creating and customizing holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, activities, and local experiences tailored to client preferences.

???? Client Consultation & Support:

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs & preferences and provide expert recommendations.
• Offer pre-trip, during-travel, and post-travel support, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

???? Vendor & Partner Relations:

• Develop strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to negotiate competitive rates and ensure quality services.

???? Market Research & Trends:

• Stay updated on travel trends and destination insights to offer the best holiday packages.

???? Booking & Reservations Management:

• Assist with booking processes, confirmations, and itinerary management to ensure seamless client experiences.

???? Sales & Promotion:

• Support promotional activities through social media, email campaigns, and travel fairs to attract potential travelers.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ No prior experience required – Freshers & Interns welcome!
✔ Passion for travel & exploring global destinations
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with booking systems (preferred)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
✔ Fluency in English & Hindi (Additional languages are a plus!)
