About Us

GABA Telepsychiatry is a leading telemedicine practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric care through seamless online consultations. We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychology Consultant to support our clinical team. This role is integral in facilitating psychological assessments, managing client communications, and ensuring professional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with new clients and inquiries

• Track case deadlines and ensure timely collection of reports

• Administer and interpret psychological assessments (e.g., MMPI, MCMI, CNSVS, Connors, QB Tech)

• Assist patients in understanding psychological tests and provide necessary explanations

• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and healthcare professionals

• Ensure consultations are properly scheduled and paid sessions are conducted

• Write, proofread, and edit educational content, reports, and contracts

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular support and follow-up

• Develop content for brochures, blogs, and other educational materials

• Monitor case timelines and attend team meetings for project updates

• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to improve patient engagement

• Uphold professional and ethical standards in all client interactions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology or a related field

• Experience in psychological assessment and client consultation preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with stakeholders

• Familiarity with telehealth or remote healthcare environments is a plus

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team

Work Schedule

• Fully Remote Position

• Must be available to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST - USA)

• Choose from:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (with a 1-hour unpaid break)

  • Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
