Key Responsibilities

✔ Travel Booking & Reservation:

• Handle domestic & international flight ticketing using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo).
• Manage fare calculations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refund processing.
• Assist corporate & individual clients with flight, hotel, and travel reservations.

???? Sales & Business Development:

• Develop & maintain relationships with local travel agents, tour operators, hotels, and suppliers.
• Conduct B2B agent meetings to promote FareHawker services.
• Visit travel agencies for sales calls & marketing.
• Promote FareHawker’s online/offline travel solutions across different regions.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

???? Customer Service & Operations:

• Provide exceptional customer service (both verbal & written).
• Assist clients with travel queries, itinerary planning, and booking assistance.
• Handle corporate travel management & customized travel solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ IATA Certification/Diploma in Travel & Tourism (Preferred)
✔ Freshers & experienced professionals in the travel industry can apply
✔ Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus
✔ Strong knowledge of domestic & international itineraries
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & email management
✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✔ Knowledge of corporate travel tools & B2B sales is an advantage
