Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services division delivers strategic insights and execution services by combining traditional consulting expertise with Mastercard’s proprietary data, platforms, and technologies.

The group includes five specialized practices:

• Strategy & Transformation

• Performance Analytics

• Business Experimentation

• Marketing

• Program Management

This position is within the Strategy & Transformation specialization, focusing on helping clients solve strategic, operational, and transformational challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Impact

• Provide innovative input on projects across industries and business challenges

• Support development of client strategies and transformation programs using data and tech solutions

• Work closely with Mastercard teams to understand client needs and risks

• Build strong working relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a trusted advisor

Team Collaboration & Culture

• Collaborate with senior consultants to prepare and present impactful client recommendations

• Lead and contribute to internal and client meetings

• Independently structure and conduct analysis to uncover key findings

• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital

• Receive mentorship and guidance from senior consulting leaders

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree

• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business management, or product management

• Strong stakeholder/client management skills

• Analytical mindset with logical, structured thinking

• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in English (and local language, if applicable)

• Must be eligible to work in India and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Experience managing tasks or workstreams in team environments

• Relevant industry expertise
