Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Sales Consultant with expertise in international flight bookings using GDS platforms like Worldspan, Galileo, and Amadeus. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling flight reservations, cancellations, refunds, price adjustments, and rebookings.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage international flight reservations using GDS systems (Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus).
✔ Handle ticket cancellations, changes, refunds, and fare adjustments.
✔ Respond to customer inquiries via calls & emails related to flight bookings.
✔ Provide detailed travel itineraries and guidance on destinations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Experience: 1-3 years in the travel industry (Freshers can also apply).
✔ Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any field).
✔ Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is preferred.
✔ Language: Fluency in Spanish (mandatory).
✔ Soft Skills: Excellent communication & customer service skills.
✔ Immediate Joiners Preferred.
