Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on companies, industries, and global economic trends to support investment decisions.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models for various investment vehicles including equities, fixed income, and commodities.
- Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends and economic indicators, contributing to the preparation of research reports.
- Client Presentations: Assist in creating presentations for clients, summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with senior analysts and associates to support research across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Report Writing: Contribute to writing research notes and reports under the guidance of senior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality output in all tasks.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different functions and regions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience:
- Previous Internships: Prior internship experience in finance, research, or analytics is advantageous but not required.
- Relevant Coursework: Knowledge of financial markets, investment analysis, and economic principles is beneficial.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time internship, typically running for 6-12 weeks.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, with flexibility based on project requirements.
