Position Details

Title: Customer Support Advisor - Non-Voice/Chat
Location: Bangalore (Candidates must be local; no outstation candidates will be considered)
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with 2 days off
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through non-voice channels such as chat and email.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.
• Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to assist customers.
• Work efficiently in a hybrid setup, alternating between in-office and remote work environments.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service (required).
• Education: Graduates preferred; candidates with relevant experience and skills are encouraged to apply.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Versant Score Requirement: Minimum 50%.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Bangalore and comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.

Training and Work Setup

• Training:
  • A 45-day in-office training period is mandatory before transitioning to Work From Home (WFH).
• Equipment: A company-provided computer will be supplied for WFH setup.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotational shifts.
• Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus
  • Shift allowance
