Job Details:

Position Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1-8 years (preferably in the healthcare/clinical industry)
• Skills: Excellent communication skills
• Languages:
  • Mandatory: Telugu, Hindi, and English
  • Additional: Kannada or Tamil (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional client service.
• Coordinate between departments to resolve client concerns promptly.
• Maintain effective communication and a positive client experience.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks related to clinic management.

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (10 AM - 7 PM / 11 AM - 8 PM / 12 PM - 9 PM)
• Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week-off)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
• Benefits: Provident Fund
• Supplemental Pay: Performance-based incentives
