Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in W2 recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in working with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and various work authorizations, along with proficiency in the VMS/MSP model.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Full-cycle recruitment – Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
✅ Work with US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, and other work authorizations.
✅ Expertise in tax terms such as W2 & 1099.
✅ Extensive experience with VMS/MSP models (Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Direct Sourcing, Prowand).
✅ Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. for candidate sourcing.
✅ Strong knowledge of backend, frontend, databases, programming languages, AI/ML, Data Science, and DevOps.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout their tenure.

Requirements:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in W2 hiring.
✔ Proficiency in VMS/MSP recruitment models.
✔ Strong understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, EADs, etc.).
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ A personal computer and a broadband internet connection to work remotely.
✔ Ability to work night shifts (US Shift).
