Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling international flight reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our travel services.

???? Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month
???? Freshers with excellent communication & customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

✈ Flight Reservation Management:

• Handle end-to-end international flight bookings, including itinerary planning, seat selection, and fare optimization.
• Engage with customers to understand travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements, tailoring personalized travel itineraries.

???? Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering travel solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

???? Industry Knowledge & Compliance:

• Stay updated on airline schedules, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, visa requirements, and health & safety protocols.

???? Sales & Reporting:

• Use effective sales strategies to promote and sell international flight itineraries, exceeding sales goals and meeting revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate travel records, including itineraries, e-tickets, and necessary documentation.
• Generate reports on booking trends, customer preferences, and revenue performance to support business strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferred)
✔ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication & customer service abilities
✔ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including early morning shifts
✔ Degree/Diploma/Certification in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field (preferred)
