Tesla is seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity (female applicants only). As an IT Recruiter at Tesla, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, collaborating with hiring managers to source, screen, and place top talent across various IT disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting creation to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
• Sourcing and Networking: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other resources to source high-quality IT candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews, assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing strategic guidance on talent acquisition and market trends.
• Offer Negotiation: Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate offers, and provide support during the onboarding process.
• Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity in recruitment efforts and ensure equal opportunities for all candidates.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, including but not limited to software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff.
• Expertise in using various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence candidates at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for finding the best talent.
• A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a recruitment agency environment.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with sourcing IT professionals for a variety of technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in a diversity-driven, inclusive workplace.
